| The lounge at the Walpole Inn is a wonderful place for socializing and relaxing. The bar offers a wide selection of fine liquors and wines, as well as a variety of beers. Expresso and cappuccino are also available. |

| The lounge has backgammon, cribbage, chess, and checker boards and cable television. Leather furniture and antique tables decorate the two-room lounge. |

In the main room is a gas-fired stove, which makes for cozy fall and winter evenings. There are French doors, which open onto the gardens and porch, which runs along the side of the Inn. |

| The porch is a lovely place for a drink or dinner in the warmer months. The smaller room, which can be closed off and used as a private dining room, is a quiet and relaxing addition to the lounge. The lounge is a refined, but comfortable place to begin, end or spend an evening at the Inn. |
