| Our talented team of chefs work together to create catering menus to mirror the philosophy applied to the decor and service of the Inn. The menu is a combination of traditional New England fare (Prime Rib) as well as more innovative cuisine (Pecan Crusted Pan Seared Salmon). First and foremost, our chefs look for the best ingredients available. The presentation is simple, with the ingredients allowed to speak for themselves. Utilizing local farmers and bakers, the Inn is able to offer the freshest ingredients. |

| The dining rooms are airy and well- appointed. In the main dining room there is a gas fireplace. Both rooms are decorated with original artwork. The dining room has views of fields and the valley. The Inn's banquet facilities offer many options. Whether a reception, business meeting or special event, the Inn's dining area is a versatile space. |

| The Menus our chefs create are designed to appeal to a variety of tastes and budgets. The banquet room has a fireplace and is comfortable for a small party of ten, but can accommodate a sit-down dinner for up to 50 people. The dining room is ideal for business meetings, cocktail parties, rehearsal dinners and any large or small parties. Whatever your event may be, the kitchen, bar, and wait staff will create a memorable event with the professionalism, style, and class that is seen throughout the Inn's restaurant, lounge and guest-rooms. |
